There is nothing like having a great time at the party the night before and experiencing the time of your life. However, you have discovered the morning after you are having the worst hangover of your life. Your head feels like it could burst in two. Your stomach and balance is well unfortunately unbalanced too and can barely walk straight like you used to.

Instructions

      Take an over-the-counter painkiller such as aspirin or ibuprofen in the morning, as this will help to ease the headache pain from your hangover. It is important to not take pain medication that has acetaminophen in it as it is dangerous to mix alcohol with it.

      Eat a piece of fruit will help to replenish the body by giving the body vitamins and energy to replenish it.

      Use a washcloth and run it through cold water to create a cool compress to place on the head.

      Take a few tablespoons of plain honey, and lemon, add it into your hot water or cup of tea, as it will help to soothe the dryness in your throat.

      Drink some ginger root tea by cutting approximately 10 to 12 slices of fresh ginger root and 4 cups of water. Strain and add juice of one orange, 1/2 a lemon, and lastly a half of cup of honey. The ginger root will help to treat nausea and seasickness feeling that the effects of hangovers bring to the table.
