In order to find more energy and add it to your life it will take these easy steps to boost energy into your life.

      Set a regular bedtime schedule as this will help to create a routine for your body. Make sure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. This will help you to wake feeling refreshed and full of energy.

      Exercise at least 3-4 times a week for at least 20-30 minutes each time. Do cardiovascular exercises such as brisk walking, running, swimming, and add in strength training to strengthen your muscles. The exercising releases endorphins in the body and allows the body to relax and sleep better at night.

      Take energy supplements to help with building your energy on a consistent basis such as B vitamins like vitamin B6, B12, folic acid, thiamine, and niacin. Also try Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), Green tea, Ginseng, and Capsaicin (red pepper). Take amino acids like creatine, phenylalanine, tyrosine and carnitine.

      Avoid junk food and eat more nutritious foods such as grilled chicken, tofu, wild salmon, fresh fruits, vegetables, and legumes. These foods will add many vitamins and nutrients into the body.

      Reduce stress in your body and take time out to relax and do something that you enjoy. This is important, as the relaxation will help with gaining more energy.
